Today, an affidavit has been tendered by the learned Advocate for Respondent No. 2, solemnized by the Complainant, who is the grandmother of the victim girl. The said affidavit, in paragraphs 4 and 5, states that she has no objection to the release of the Applicant on Anticipatory Bail. The Applicant, who is 20 years of age, has, by an earlier order, handed over his mobile phone and car bearing registration No. MH-45-AQ-4527 to the Investigating Officer. Hence, the present Amol D.
