He further submits that he intends to bring on record the various cases pending against the present Applicant. He also submits that modus operandi in the present proceedings has been followed by the Applicant in numerous other cases. 2.

Mr. Patil, the learned advocate for the Applicant submits that he will add the informant as a party Respondent. The Applicant is directed to add the Informant as a party Respondent. Amendment to be carried out forthwith.

Since the Applicant has already been granted Anticipatory Bail by this Court in three different proceedings, and so has also been granted interim relief in one more proceeding.

The learned APP, on oral instructions, from the officer present in the Court, submits that no coercive steps will be taken against the Applicant till the next date of the hearing.
