The learned counsel for the applicant seeks leave to implead the complainant as party/respondent. Leave as sought is granted. Necessary amendment shall be carried out forthwith.

Issue notice to the respondent, returnable on 10th February 2025.

It is alleged that due to non-payment of certain amount by the applicant, the deceased had committed suicide. Prima facie, the allegations may not amount to abetment. Zeenat Pathan

In that view of the matter, till next date, the applicant shall not be arrested.
