Mr. Takle, learned counsel for the applicant submits that the present applicant is a bank employee and was working with Bank of India, Gondia Branch. He submits that, accused no.1 Prashant Manohar Tembhurnikar has been arrested. Accused nos. 2 and 3 are absconded. The present applicant is accused no. 4, whose role has attributed in the FIR is that of helping accused no. 1 to open bank account. It is further stated in the FIR that, the amount invested by the first informant, heavy returns were received. In order to save taxes, on instructions of accused no. 3, a separate bank account was opened, in which, certain transactions were taken place. He further submits that he will also take instructions from the applicant as at the relevant time, the present Harish

Stand over to 17 March, 2025 under the caption "for urgent circulation."

In the mean time, the applicant is directed to attend the police station on 13 March 2025 between 11.00 am to 1.00 pm. 4.
