Mr. Verma, learned Counsel for the Applicant states that he has instructions to withdraw the Anticipatory Bail Application as the details of the antecedents have not been mentioned in the Anticipatory Bail Application inadvertently. He further states that a fresh Anticipatory Bail Application will be filed by mentioning all the details of the antecedents.

Accordingly, the Anticipatory Bail Application is allowed to be withdrawn and disposed of as such with liberty to file a fresh Anticipatory Bail Application.
