The learned APP submits that the inquiry is still ongoing and requests that the present Applicant should attend the EOW office for at least four days, for a minimum of three hours per day. 2.

Mr. Verma, the learned Advocate for the Applicant submits that his client has no objection if the EOW wishes to conduct further enquiry. He further submits that the Applicant has already handed over his mobile phone and laptop and has appeared at the EOW office in Pune at least five times.

The learned APP submits that though the mobile phone has been handed over to the EOW Pune, the Applicant has claimed that their previous mobile device was lost 4.

The Applicant is directed to attend the office of the EOW on 25 February 2025, 26 February 2025, 27 February 2025 and 28 February 2025 between 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. 5.

Stand over to 10 March 2025 under the caption "For Directions"

Interim protection granted earlier to continue till the next date of the hearing.
