The present Application is filed by the Applicants under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure 1973, for anticipatory bail in respect of C.R. No.0629 of 2024, dated 19 September 2024, registered with Solapur Police Station (Rural), under Sections 323, 341, 363 (2) (n) and 504 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.

The learned APP submits that the Informant is not cooperating with the Police. Despite being called at least 14 to 15 times for the purpose of investigation, she has refused to come to the police station. In fact, she has orally informed the police that she is not interested in Amol D. Nawale

Since the Informant is a lady and the offence registered are under the provisions of Sections 323, 341, 376 (2) (n) and 404 of the Indian Penal Code, it is necessary to issue notice to the Informant. 4.

The learned Advocate for the Applicant seeks liberty to amend the Anticipatory Bail Application and add the first Informant as a party Respondent No.2. Liberty is granted, as prayed for. 5.

Amendment to be carried out forthwith.

The learned Advocate for the Applicant to serve copy of the Anticipatory Bail Application to newly added Respondent No2. 7.

Stand over to 27 February 2025.

In the meanwhile, no coercive steps will taken against the Applicant.
