Mr. Pillai, learned counsel for the Dhanlaxmi Bank Limited submits that Ms. Umadevi P.T., Branch Manager of a Mulund Branch is present in Court today. He submits that the bank is considering the issue of flat no. 804, 8th floor of Building No.4 known as Bhau Padmann Apartment of Society known as Bhau Padmann Co-op. Hsg. Soc. Ltd., situated at Annapurna Estate Phase-II, Bhayandar (E) Dist Thane401105. For the said purpose, the bank manager herein will sending an e-mail to the head office at Kerala. He submits that response of head office is expected within a period of two working days. 2.

902-ABA-254-2025.doc officials of Dhanlaxmi Bank Limited. However, there is an issue which has been raised by Mr. Pillai to whom, the original documents of the concerned flat at Bhayandar should be handed over. 3.

Mr. Shetty for the applicants submits that the applicants have no objection if all the original documents of the Bhayandar flat is handed to the first informant. Statements made by Mr. Shetty are accepted.
