P.C.:
1.
Heard Mr. Shaikh, learned Advocate for Applicants; Ms. Bajoria, learned APP for Respondent - State and Mr. Mukte, learned Advocate for Intervenor.
2.
In the present group of three Anticipatory Bail Applications, Mr. Shaikh, learned Advocate appearing for the Applicants would submit that this Court has decided Anticipatory Bail Application of the First Informant / Complainant in a cross FIR. Hence he would submit that this Court should also hear the present 3 Anticipatory Bail Applications.
3.
Ms. Bajoria, learned APP for the State has drawn my attention to the order dated 29.01.2025. That order states that this Court has decided the Anticipatory Bail Application which arises and emanates from the cross FIR. Hence direction is given by this Court (Coram: Rajesh S. Patil, J.) to the Registry to verify and place the Anticipatory Bail Applications before the appropriate Court. 4.
Today, when the Anticipatory Bail Applications are placed before me, I find that the Registry has not verified and the Applications listed before this Court due to circulation. If the notice dated 04.02.2025 is to be strictly construed then whether this Court will be
in a position to hear the Applications or otherwise is the question. 5.
Concerned Registrar of this Court shall consider the aforesaid two orders in the light of the notice dated 04.02.2025 and make an appropriate report to the Court after verification. If required, Mr. Shaikh and Mr. Mukte, learned Advocates may approach the concerned Registrar and apprise the position so that the present Anticipatory Bail Applications can be listed before the appropriate Court. If the present Anticipatory Bail Applications are to be heard by this Court, the same may be placed before this Court on 13th February 2025. To be listed on the 'Supplementary Board'. 6.
No coercive steps shall be taken against the Applicants until Thursday i.e. 13th February 2025.
7.
Copy of this order shall be placed before the concerned Registrar today itself so that the report is made and the Anticipatory Bail Applications are listed before appropriate Court. [ MILIND N. JADHAV, J. ] Ajay by AJAY TRAMBAK UGALMUGALE Date: 2025.02.10 14:16:49 +0530 AJAY TRAMBAK UGALMUGALE
