Mr. Ajinkya Udane, an advocate, practicing in this Court is appointed as the Legal Aid Counsel to appear on behalf of the respondent no.2. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the applicant submits that a copy of the present proceedings will be served

Learned A.P.P., on instructions from the Investigating Officer, submits that, in the meanwhile, no coercive steps will be taken against the applicant, provided the applicant cooperates. The statement made by the learned A.P.P., on instructions, is accepted. 5.

The applicant is directed to report to the concerned Police Station on 6th February 2025 and 7th February 2025, between 11:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m.
