Mr. Mundargi, learned counsel appearing for the applicant submits that the first informant is not been added as a party respondent. Hence, he seeks liberty to add the first informant as a party respondent in the present proceedings and to serve copy of this anticipatory bail application on the newly added respondent.

Liberty as prayed, is granted. Amendment to be carried out forthwith.

Mr.Mundargi, learned counsel submits that the weapons which are alleged to be used in the offence, have already been recovered. He further submits that the applicant was a Panch in the arrest of the original accused no.1. He submits that there was no role played by the applicant in the offence which is registered. He submits that by arresting the present applicant, no purpose will be served. He submits that the applicant in any case is ready to co-operate with the police. The applicant to visit the concerned Police Station on 3rd February 2025, 4th February 2025 and 5th February 2025, morning from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., in order to record his statement as required by the concerned I.O.

In the meanwhile, no coercive steps be taken against the applicant.
