This is a case of the cross F.I.Rs. At page 36, there is the photographs of the present Applicant showing cuts on his face. The learned Advocate for the Applicant submits that the Applicant has already filed an F.I.R. with the the concerned Police Station registered as C.R. NO.1308 of 2024. As regards the present Anticipatory Bail Application, it arises from an F.I.R. filed by the Informant, registered as C.R. NO.1296 of 2024.

From the photographs at page No.36, it appears that the Applicant has been grievously heart by two individuals, namely Nazir and Firoz Amol D. Nawale
19-ABA-273-2025 (CR) .doc Khan. The APP has referred to a medical certificate of Mr. Firoz Khan. On going through the certificate, it appears that Mr. Firoz Khan has sustained only simple injuries.

The learned Advocate for the Applicant seeks liberty to amend the Anticipatory Bail Application and add the first Informant as a party Respondent No.2. Liberty is granted, as prayed for. 4.
Amendment to be carried out forthwith.
5.
The Investigating Officer has served copy of the Anticipatory Bail Application to newly added Respondent No2.
6.
Stand over to 26 February 2025.

In the meanwhile, no coercive steps will taken against the Applicant.
