nd MAY, Apprehending the arrest at the hands of police in connection with Crime No. 134/2025 registered under Section 120-B, 406, 420 of IPC, the applicant approached before this Court for grant of pre-arrest bail.

Heard learned counsel for the applicant who submitted that, as far as the allegation against the present applicant is concerned, he has introduced the informant with the other coaccused and thereafter, the other co-accused has obtained the amount from the informant and the other investors for investing the same in the scheme. He submitted that except the above said role, no role is attributed to the present applicant. Therefore, his custodial interrogation is not required. In view of that, he be protected by the anticipatory bail. 3.
The learned APP for the State strongly opposed for the same on the ground that, some of the investors have also stated
2 930-ABA 275-2025.odt that present applicant has also obtained the money from the other investors and therefore, his custodial interrogation is required.

On hearing both the sides and on perusal of the investigation papers, it reveals that, the only allegation levelled against the present applicant is that, he has introduced the informant with the other co-accused. As far as the receipt of the amount is concerned, which is against the co-accused. Thus, considering the allegation levelled against the applicant, he has made out the case for grant of anticipatory bail. According, I proceed to pass the following order:-
ORDER
i) The application is allowed.
ii) The applicant Vishal Sudhakar Bobade shall be released on anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest in connection with Crime No. 134/2025 registered under Sections 120-B, 406, 420 of IPC on executing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs. 25,000/- with one solvent surety in the like amount.
iii) The applicant shall attend the concerned Police Station once in a week i.e. on Monday between 10.00 a.m. to 01.00 p.m. and shall co-operate with the investigating agency. iv) The applicant shall not induce, threat or promise any witnesses who are acquainted with the facts of the case either personally or by way of electronic media.
v) The applicant shall not leave the jurisdiction of the Amravati District without prior permission of the District Court Amravati.
3 930-ABA 275-2025.odt vi) The applicant shall furnish his detailed address along with the address proof and he shall surrender his passport, if he is having, before the investigating agency.
vii) The contravention of any of the condition would lead to the cancellation of bail.
viii) The application stands disposed of.
