Mr. Mengde, learned counsel for the first informant has tendered affidavit-in-reply dated 17 March 2025 of the first informant. The said affidavit is taken on record.

The learned APP submits that the medical test of the applicant has not been done and the investigating officer wants to conduct medical test of the applicant.

The investigating officer is permitted carry out the medical test of the present applicant with the help of the doctors at Dr. R. N. Cooper Municipal General Hospital, Mumbai. For said purpose, the Harish

15-ABA-283-2025.doc applicant should remain present in the office of the investigating officer on 19 March 2025 and 20 March 2025 in the morning at 10.00 am and if such medical test was not done on the said two dates due to unavailability of the doctors at Dr. R. N. Cooper Municipal General Hospital, then the applicant should attend the office of the investigating officer on the date as informed in advance by the investigating officer. 4.

Since the medical report of the applicant will take some time to be furnished to this Court, stand over to 21 April 2025 under the caption "for direction."

In the meantime, no coercive steps be taken against the applicant. However, the investigating officer is permitted to go ahead with the further investigation of the crime.

The applicant is directed not to contact the first informant in any manner whatsoever, till filing of the charge-sheet. (RAJESH S. PATIL, J.) Harish
