Praecipe has been moved for seeking anticipatory bail. Upon mentioning, this Court was scheduled to hear the matter for 13th February 2025. However, the learned counsel for the Applicant submits that she will not be able to attend the Court on that date and requested that the matter be listed in the week commencing from 17th February, 2025. When this Court was about to list the matter in next week, the learned counsel for the Applicant submits that the matter be listed in the month of March. 2.
