After arguing for some time, learned APP sought short accommodation to take instructions from the Senior P.I. Ms. Kanchan Jadhav, Vishrantwadi Police Station, Pune. 2.

At the second call, Learned APP submits that the Senior P.I. Ms. Kanchan Jadhav has sent a message that by Monday, she will file a report of the action taken by the police to the complaint filed by Ms. Suhani Gayadin dated 24th November, 2024. A copy of the same has been enclosed to the present Anticipatory Bail Application at page 31.

The learned APP fairly submits on instructions of the police officer who is present in the Court that the police do not require the custody of the Applicants.

The Applicants are the middle class working people. Few of them are housewives. All of them have no criminal antecedents.

5.

Matter to come up on 18th February, 2025 on the supplementary board.

6.

In the meantime, till further order, no coercive steps be taken against the present Applicants.
