By an order dated 13 February 2025, the interim protection was granted to the Applicants. Some of the Applicants are females-home makers, while others are middle-class working individuals. On the last occasion, the learned APP, on instructions of the Police Officer present in the Court, fairly stated that the custody of the Applicants was not required, consequently, interim protection was granted. Today, the Senior Police Inspector Kanchan Jadhav is not present in the Court. However, a Amol D. Nawale

907-ABA-295-2025.doc report from the Senior Police Inspector has been tendered before this Court, which includes the statement of Suhani Gayadin. According to the learned APP, the statement mentions the name of a person against whom the said girl had lodged a complaint on 21 November 2024. 2.

The present F.I.R. has been lodged by the Police Sub Inspector of Vishrantwadi Police Station, alleging that certain activities, as mentioned in the F.I.R. were carried out by the Applicant. This Court had expected the Senior Police Inspector of Vishrantwadi Police Station to remain present during the hearing of these proceedings. Since she is not present today, the matter has to be adjourned. The Senior Police Inspector is directed to remain present in this Court on 25 February 2025.
