The learned APP appearing for the State, on instructions submits that as regards accused no.3 (Sudam Aher) who is applicant no.3 in the present proceeding, his name is likely to be deleted and the process of deleting his name is on going. There is no apprehension of arresting applicant no.3 (Sudam Aher). As regards accused no.4 Dnyaneshwar Aher is concerned, he has already been granted anticipatory bail by the Sessions Court. Therefore, the present proceedings would be only against the accused no.1 (Sunil Aher) and accused no.2 (Tushar Aher).
