The learned APP submits that there are 4 accused persons in the present proceedings out of which, accused no.4 has been granted pre-arrest bail by the Sessions Court. As far as the accused no.3 is concerned, the process of deleting his name from the proceedings is ongoing and the prosecution would be able to positively file documents as regards accused no. 3 on the next date of hearing. As regards accused no.2 is concerned, in the CCTV footage, the role of the accused no.2 is seen specifically. As regards accused no. 1 is concerned, though accused no.1 is not seen in the CCTV footage which of approximately two minutes, however his role cannot be ruled out. 2.
