Ms. Surbhi Agrawal, the learned Advocate for the applicants submits that, due to the applicants' bank accounts being frozen in various proceedings, they were unable to deposit a sum of Rs. 1,60,00,000/- by 13 March 2025, as per the undertaking given to this Court. She seeks an apology on behalf of her clients. She further submits that if a period of one week is granted to the applicants, they will, in any circumstances, deposit the sum of Rs. 1,60,00,000/-. She also submits that, due to multiple FIRs registered against the applicants, they were unable to attend the concerned police station from 26 Amol D. Nawale

Mr. Das, the learned Advocate for Respondent No. 2, submits that the applicants have a habit of flouting orders of various Courts. He submits that the solemn undertaking given before this Court has also been violated. However, as a matter of last chance, while keeping open the issue of the applicants having disregarded the order passed by this Court and the undertaking given to this Court, a week's time be granted.

As a matter of indulgence, the applicants are granted one week's time, until 24 March 2025, to deposit a sum of Rs. 1,60,00,000/-. 4.
