Mr. Patil, learned APP submits that as per the direction given by this Court by its order dated 3rd February, 2025, the Senior Police Inspector Mr. Patange and Deputy Commissioner of Police Mr. Rajkumar Shinde are present today in Court. He submits that the Deputy Commissioner of Police Mr. Shinde has specifically instructed him that he will take into account the pen-drives supplied by the Advocate for the Applicant and verify the contents of the same and will accordingly take action. For the said reason Harish

5-ABA-306-2025.doc he requires a week time. He also submits that as per direction given by this Court, four accounts of the Applicant have been defreezed. 2.

Mr. Noorani, learned counsel for the Applicant, on instructions submits that in the last occasion, inadvertently, he did not referred three more bank accounts which have been freezed by the Police Authorities.

The Police Authority has already de-freezed four accounts of the Applicant. Three more bank accounts which details would be furnished by the Applicant to the Police, would also be de-freezed. Such action should be done immediately by the Police Authorities and the concerned bank.

Stand over to 24th February, 2025.
