When this application is called for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the applicants submits that three more
bipin prithiani 908-aba-307.25.doc applications of co-accused persons i.e. Anticipatory Bail Application Nos. 321 of 2025, 322 of 2025 and 323 of 2025, may also be taken up for consideration, particularly for the reason that the learned counsel for the applicant in all these applications has instructions to withdraw the same.

In view of the above, Anticipatory Bail Application Nos. 321 of 2025, 322 of 2025 and 323 of 2025 are taken on record. 3.
The learned counsel for the applicants, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw all the four applications. 4.
