Considering the allegations levelled against the present applicant, who is the Manager of Babaji Date Mahila Sahakari Bank, wherein alleged misappropriation of public funds has been committed, no case is made out at this stage for the grant of ad-interim protection.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor waives service of notice on behalf of non-applicant/State and seeks time to file reply.
