This matter was kept before this Court since APP has raised an objection that, the Anticipatory Bail Application is not maintainable as a non-bailable warrant has been issued against the Applicant. Today, she submits that even the proclamation process has been initiated, and the matter has been kept on 17 March 2025 for the issuance of the proclamation.

However, Mr. Chaudhari, the learned Advocate for the Applicant submits that in the regular bail matter of the co-accused arising from the same F.I.R., an order has been passed by the Hon'ble Shri. Justice N. R. Boarkar on 6 February 2025.
