The learned public prosecutor submitted that the investigating officer has to ascertain from earlier note sheets as to the procedure adopted by the present applicant while writing the said note-sheet.

The applicant is already protected. The matter is to be listed on 15/07/2025.

The applicant shall attend the concerned police station on every Saturday and Sunday between 10.00 a.m to 01.00 p.m., and the investigating officer shall carry out the interrogation, which is required as per the law.
