Mr. Kamath, learned counsel for the applicants submits that applicants seeks some more time to deposit a sum of Rs.30,00,000/- in this Court. He submits that on the last occasion, on instructions of applicant no. 1, he had made a statement that sum of Rs.30,00,000/- will be deposited within a period of two days. Today, Mr. Kamath seeking eight days time to deposit the said sum of Rs.30,00,000/- since the applicant no.1 could not comply with the voluntary statement made by her.

As a matter of last chance, the applicants are granted one week time to deposit sum of Rs.30,00,000/-.
