Issue notice to the non-applicant, returnable on 12.06.2025. Learned A.P.P. waives notice for the Non-applicant No.1.

Having regard to the age of the applicant, coupled with the fact that the first information report appears to be a counter blast, I am inclined to grant ad-interim protection to the applicant.

In the event of arrest of the applicant - Lala Banemiya Deshmukh, in relation to the First Rgd.

Order vc2305aba358.25 Information Report No.0145/2025 registered on 28.04.2025 with Ural Police Station, District Akola for the offence punishable under Sections 376 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code, he be released on bail on furnishing P.R. bond in the sum of Rs.20,000/- with one surety in the like amount. 5.

The applicant/accused shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case, as also shall not tamper with the evidence. 6.

The applicant./accused shall provide his residential address and cell number to concerned Investigating Officer and shall not change or leave his place of residence without prior intimation to the concerned Investigating Officer.

The applicant/accused shall attend concerned Police Station on every Monday and Friday in between 10.00 a.m. to 12.00 noon till further orders.
