The present Application is filed for transit bail by the Applicants, one of whom i.e. Applicant No. 2 is lady, who is also the wife of First Applicant and the rest of the Applicants i.e. Applicant Nos.3 and 4 are the persons working for Applicant No. 1. 2.
It is the case of the Applicants that, the Applicant No. 1 had a partnership venture with the Informant, who is a resident of Telangana. They both started restaurant at Bandra Kurla Complex, Mumbai. As the partnership did not work well, by E-mail dated 28th March, 2024, which is enclosed at page No. 28, the husband
of the First Informant informed the present Applicant that their partnership venture has come to an end and from 31st March, 2024, the partnership will cease to exist.

The learned counsel for the Applicants submits that Applicants have received notice under Section 41-A(1) of the Code of Criminal Procedure dated 30th January, 2025. The copy of the same is enclosed at page 50. It is submitted that they are ready to attend the Police Station at Telangana within a period of one week from today and will co-operate with Police Authorities by giving their statements and also submitting the documents which are within their custody.

The FIR has been lodged on 24th January, 2025 against all the Applicants at Narsingi Police Station, Cyberabad Commissionerate-500089, Telangana. In such a situation, a case is made out to grant an ad-interim relief in terms of prayer clause (B) which reads as under:
"(B) This Hon'ble Court be pleased to grant transit anticipatory bail of two weeks to approach concerned Sessions Court at Cyberabad, Rangareddy Telangana Seeking pre arrest in Cr. No. 149/2025 registered at Narsingi Police Station, Cyberabad, Telangana."

Anticipatory Bail Application is accordingly disposed of. All questions to law are kept open.
