The application was listed on 21.05.2025. Learned APP sought accommodation to seek instructions in the matter and accordingly, the application is listed today. The applicants are apprehending their arrest in relation to crime registered with Police Station Sindhedraja, Dist. Buldhana vide First Information Report ("FIR") No. 203/2024 dated 10.12.2024. The offences registered under Sections 117(2), 117(3), 118(1), 352, 351(3), 189(2), 191(2) read with Section 190 of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 ("BNS"). 3.
The incident is dated 03.12.2024. The informant has stated that he was assaulted by four people who have been named in the FIR. Thereafter, in his supplementary statement recorded on 07.02.2025 and on statement of others persons who are purportedly eye-witnesses which are is also recorded on the same date i.e on 07.02.2025, the present applicants came to be arraigned as accused

Perusal of FIR indicates that allegation of violence only against four individuals. The said four individuals have been named in the FIR. The supplementary statements and statements of alleged eye-witnesses are recorded after a period of around two months i.e. on 07.02.2025, in which the names of present applicants are named for the first time. In that view of the matter, I am inclined to grant ad-interim protection to the applicants.

In the meantime, in the event of arrest of the applicants, they shall be released on anticipatory bail on their furnishing PR Bond of Rs. 25,000/- each with one surety in the like amount.
