Ms. Khan, learned counsel for the Applicant seeks liberty to add the First Informant as a party Respondent No.2. 2.

Liberty as prayed is granted. Amendment to be carried out forthwith.

Investigating Officer is directed to serve a copy of the amended proceeding upon the newly added Respondent No. 2. 4.

The FIR was lodged on 6th January, 2025. The Sessions Court has rejected the Anticipatory Bail Application of the present Applicant on 29th January, 2025. The learned APP submitted that there is an eye witnesses of the present incident. There are 16 Accused in the present crime out of which 10 have already been arrested and only two of them have been granted regular bail. Hence, no case is made to grant any ad-interim relief to the Applicant.
