DATE : 14th FEBRUARY, 2025 P.C. :- This application is filed for pre-arrest bail under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 in connection with FIR No. 0024 dated 6th January, 2025 registered with Hadapsar Police Station, Pune City for the offence punishable under Sections 352, 351(3), 351(2), 3(5), 189(9), 189(8), 189(5), 189(4), 189(2) and 109 of the Bharatiya Nyaya

The present anticipatory bail application is filed by the married lady who has twins aged nine years. There were total 16 accused arraigned in the FIR. Three accused (ladies) have been granted regular bail by the Sessions Court. Seven accused are in the custody of the police. Five accused are still absconding. 3.
In the statement of the informant in the FIR, the role of the present accused has been mentioned that she was holding the hand of the victim along with other accused ladies. The weapons used in the incident have already been recovered, as per the instructions given to the learned A.P.P. by the Investigating Officer. There is no antecedents as far as the present applicant is concerned. It has been submitted by Ms.Khan, learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant is ready to co-operate with the police.

Taking into consideration the entire facts as narrated in the
3/4 FIR and the submissions made before me, according to me a case is made out for grant of anticipatory bail. Hence, the following order :-
ORDER
(a) The anticipatory bail application is allowed. (b) In the event of arrest in connection with FIR No. 0024 dated 6th January, 2025 registered with Hadapsar Police Station, Pune City for the offence punishable under Sections 352, 351(3), 351(2), 3(5), 189(9), 189(8), 189(5), 189(4), 189(2) and 109 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, the applicant shall be released on bail, on furnishing P.R. bonds to the extent of Rs.30,000/- with one or more sureties of the like amount.
(c) The applicant shall co-operate with the investigation and attend the Investigating Officer of the concerned Police Station on 24th February 2025, 25th February 2025 and 26th February 2025 between
4/4 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and thereafter as and when called.
(d) The applicant shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with facts of case so as to dissuade him from disclosing the facts to Court or any Police Officer and shall not tamper with evidence.
(e) The applicant shall furnish details of his residential addresses, contact numbers and e-mail addresses to the Investigating Officer.
