By my order dated 5th February, 2025 passed in Anticipatory Bail Application No. 336 of 2025 arising out of FIR No. 0584, I had allowed the anticipatory bail application which was filed against accused no.2 and accused no.3. The present anticipatory bail application has been filed by accused no. 5 arising out of the same FIR No. 0584. The role of the present applicant is identically same as that of Anticipatory Bail Application No. 336

Mr. Kocharekar, learned counsel appearing for the applicant, on instructions, submits that if the need arises, applicant will co-operate with the informant as regards to the execution of any such documents pertaining to the subject land. The statements made by Mr. Kocharekar on behalf of his client are accepted.

In view of the same, the present anticipatory bail application requires to be allowed. I, therefore, pass the following order :-
ORDER
(a) The anticipatory bail application is allowed. (b) In the event of arrest in connected with FIR No. 0584 dated 15th December, 2024 registered with Bhiwandi Taluka Police Station, Thane Rural, for the offence punishable under Sections 471, 468, 465, 420,
3/4 34 and 120-B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, the applicant shall be released on bail till filing of chargesheet on furnishing P.R. bond to the extent of Rs.30,000/- with one or more sureties of the like amount.
(c) The applicant shall co-operate with the investigation and attend the Investigating Officer of the concerned Police Station, as and when called. (d) The applicant shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with facts of case so as to dissuade him from disclosing the facts to Courts or any Police Officer and should not tamper with evidence.
(e) The applicant shall furnish his contact numbers and residential address to the Investigating Officer and shall keep him updated, in case there is any

In view of the above, the anticipatory bail application is disposed of, as allowed.
