The present FIR No. 16 of 2025 has been lodged by the Informant (victim) on 10th January, 2025 for offences under Section 74, 115(2), 119(1), 352, 351(2) and 3(5) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita 2023.

Mr. Deshmukh, learned counsel for the Applicant submits that the said incident occurred on 7th January, 2025 at 15.00 hrs. in which the present Applicant was injured and was taken to hospital. From the hospital, itself on 9th January, 2025, the Harish

Since the victim is not made a party Respondent, Mr. Deshmukh, learned counsel for the Applicant seeks liberty to amend the cause title by changing the surname of the Applicant and to add the victim as a party Respondent No. 2. 4.
Liberty as prayed are granted. Amendment to be carried out forthwith.

Learned APP is directed to serve a copy of the amended A.B.A. through the Investigating Officer upon the newly added Respondent No. 2.
6.
Applicant is directed to attend the concerned police station on 24th February, 2025 and 25th February, 2025, between 11.00 am to 1.00 pm.

Matter to come up on 10th March, 2025, under the caption "for urgent circulation."

In the meantime, no coercive steps be taken against the Applicant.
