This is an application for anticipatory bail. 2.
The applicant is apprehending his arrest in Crime No.317 of 2024 registered at Mira road Police Station, Dist.- Mira-Bhayander Vasai-Virar, for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 419, 420, 406, 465, 467, 468, 471, 120-B, 34 of the Indian Penal Code, read with Sections 75, 79 of the Juvenile Justice (Care and protection of Children) Act, 2015.

The allegations against the applicant, who according to the complainant was appointed as Manager of their dance group, namely V. Unbeatable Dance Group, are of cheating and misappropriation. According to the complainant, the present applicant and other accused in connivance with each other cheated them by not paying the amount to which they were entitled to for their performances in reality show etc. and misappropriated the amount of their group to the tune of Rs.11,96,10,000/-.

I have perused the FIR. Prima facie the dispute between the parties appears to be of civil nature. I am therefore, inclined to release the applicant on anticipatory bail.
ORDER
(i) Anticipatory Bail Application is allowed;
(ii) In the event of arrest of the applicant in connection with Crime No.317 of 2024 registered at Mira road Police Station, Dist.-Mira-Bhayander Vasai-Virar, for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 419, 420, 406, 465, 467, 468, 471, 120-B, 34 of the Indian Penal Code, read with Sections 75, 79 of the Juvenile Justice (Care
and protection of Children) Act, 2015, the applicant be released on bail on furnishing P. R. Bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- with one or two sureties in the like amount; (iii) The applicant shall attend the concerned Police Station as and when called by the Investigating Officer and shall co-operate with the Investigation;
(iv) The applicant shall deposit his passport with the Investigating Officer.
(v) Anticipatory Bail Application stands disposed of accordingly.
