Today, when the matter was called out, none appears for the Applicant. The praecipe dated 17 February 2025 filed by the Applicant states that the matter should have been filed online. However, by mistake, an offline Anticipatory Bail Application was filed. Therefore, permission is sought to withdraw the application and file again through the online method.

The learned APP submits that the present Applicant had filed Amol D. Nawale
