Issue notice to the non-applicant returnable in the week commencing from 23.06.2025. Learned APP waives service of notice for non-applicant/State. 3.
It appears that there was a quarrel between two groups of the society and the applicants from both the groups are arraigned as accused.

Having regard to the contents of the First Information Report and the reasons recorded by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Khamgaon, Dist. Buldhana in rejecting the application for grant of anticipatory bail, I am of the opinion that the applicants deserve interim protection till the returnable date.
2 / 3 15.aba395.2025 (i) In the event of arrest of the applicants Ashutosh Gopal More, Mangesh Traymbak Gawai, Akash Traymbak Gawai, Mangesh Bhagwan Wankhade, Ankush Arun Wakode, Sonu @ Rahul Ananda Bawaskar, Gotu @ Raviraj Sukhdeo Gawai and Pintu @ Nilesh Jaganath Arakh in Crime No.82/2025 registered at Police Station Hiwarkhed, District - Buldhana for the offence punishable under Sections 109, 118(1), 132, 121(1), 223, 189(20, 191(2), 191(3), 190, 352, 351(2), 351(3) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 135 of the Maharashtra Police Act, 1951, they shall be released on ad-interim anticipatory bail on their executing P. R. Bond in the sum of Rs.15,000/- each with one surety each in the like amount.
(ii) The applicants shall attend the concerned police station once in a week i.e. on every Monday between 10:00 a.m. to 01:00 p.m. and shall cooperate with the investigating agency.
(iii) The applicants shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case, so as to dissuade him from disclosing such facts to the Court or to any police officer.
3 / 3 15.aba395.2025 (iv) The applicants shall not tamper with the evidence or obstruct the investigation in any manner.
(v) The applicants shall co-operate in the investigation by attending the concerned Police Station as and when called by the Investigating Officer on written notice till completion of the investigation.
