Apprehending the arrest at the hands of the Police in connection with Crime No. 24/2025, the Applicant approached this Court for grant of anticipatory bail. The Applicant has also filed an Application before the learned Sessions Court but as the Court was vacant, the Applicant moved to this Court. Now, the Presiding Officer, is available to decide the Application of the present Applicant and the matter is already fixed on 11.06.2025.

The learned Trial Court, shall dispose of that Application expeditiously.

With that direction, the present Application is disposed off.

Pending application/s, if any, shall stand disposed of accordingly.
