In the co-accused anticipatory bail application on 5/2/2025, the applicant therein was senior citizen aged 65 years was granted pre-arrest bail till the filing of the charge-sheet, on certain conditions. 2.
The present applicant, who is aged 69 years, and he is neighbour of the other accused. In the First Information Report (FIR) his role is alleged to be very limited. In that view of the matter, according to me, a case is made out to grant pre-arrest bail to the present applicant, hence, the following order:-

ORDER
(a) The anticipatory bail application is allowed. (b) In the event of arrest in connection with FIR No. 185/2024 registered with Koregaon Park Police Station, Pune City, for the offences punishable under Sections 351(2), 318(4), 316(2) and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, the applicant shall be released on bail till the filing of the charge-sheet on furnishing P.R. bond to the extent of Rs.30,000/- with one or more sureties of the like amount. (c) The applicant shall co-operate with the investigation and attend office of the Investigating Officer of the concerned Police Station, as and when called.
(d) The applicant shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with facts of case so as to dissuade him from disclosing the facts to Courts or any Police Officer and should not tamper with evidence.
(e) The applicant shall furnish his contact number and residential address to the Investigating Officer and shall keep him updated, in case there is any change.

In view of the above, the anticipatory bail application is disposed of.
