This anticipatory bail application is taken up on production board in view of the urgency, since the applicant is appearing for 12th standard examination.

It is submitted by Mr.Tripathi, learned counsel appearing for the applicant that the exam has already been started from

2/3 today and the time-table is enclosed at page no.27 of the anticipatory bail application.

The applicant has already missed the first paper today since there was no protection. The matter was mentioned in the morning, till that time the anticipatory bail application was not even filed and was in the process of being filed. Hence, the matter was allowed to be mentioned today while the Court rising at 6.30 p.m.

Learned A.P.P. submits that since the applicant is appearing for the 12th standard examination, he can appear for his exam on 12th February 2025 and 13th February 2025.

In order to record his statement, the applicant is directed to attend the concerned Police Station on 14th February 2025 and 15th February 2025 between 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. 7.

The learned Sessions Court in paragraph no.9 of its order

3/3 dated 10th February, 2025 has recorded that 'Admittedly, name of this applicant not specifically mentioned in FIR as a culprit. FIR is against unknown persons. ........'.

Matter to appear on board on 25th February 2025, under the caption 'Urgent Circulation'.

In the meanwhile, no coercive steps be taken up against the applicant.
