DATE : 25th FEBRUARY, 2025 P.C. :- This application is filed for pre-arrest bail under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 in connection with FIR No. 0217 dated 10th August, 2024 registered with Kalachowki Police Station, Brihanmumbai Shahar for the offence punishable under Sections 34, 406 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.

The learned A.P.P. objected that on the earlier round of litigation, the present applicant has filed an anticipatory bail

KVM 2/2 10- ABA 419 OF 2025.doc application, which was dismissed for default on 18th October, 2024. However, before that, an order was passed on 10th October, 2024. The statement of the learned counsel appearing for the applicant was recorded that he is willing to deposit the entire due amount and sought time to file an undertaking/payment schedule to that effect.

The learned A.P.P. submits that there is no mention of order passed on 10th October 2024 in the present anticipatory bail application, though the same lawyers are appearing in the matter.

Mr.Kanagaraj, learned counsel appearing for the applicant today on instructions from his client seeks leave to withdraw the present anticipatory bail application.

The present anticipatory bail application is disposed of as withdrawn.
