The learned APP submits that the Investigating Officer who is present in Court, is in the process of taking action as per Section 18 of the Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act, 1956. He further submits that, in the present proceeding, Leave and License agreement was entered into between the present Applicant (Licensor) in favour of Rajendra Marathe (Licensee) for a period of 3 years, starting from 5th January, 2022 to 4th January, 2025. He further submits as regards the same lodge, the offence was registered as C. R. No. 86 of 2021 wherein the said Mr. Rajendra Harish

21-ABA-422-2025.doc Marathe was arraigned as accused No. 1. Even in the said crime, there was a Leave and License agreement entered into between the present Applicant (Licensor) and Rajendra Marathe (Licensee) which fact was not disclosed on earlier dated of hearing. He requests for short accommodation for a week time in order report to this Court as regards the action taken by the present Investigating Officer.
