The learned Advocate for the Applicant seeks liberty to amend the Anticipatory Bail Application and add Informant as party Respondent No.2. Liberty is granted, as prayed for. 2.

Amendment to be carried out forthwith.

The APP is directed to serve a copy of the Anticipatory Bail Application to the newly added Respondent through the Investigating Officer.

The learned Advocate for the Applicant submits that the Applicant had received a notice under Section 35 (3) of the BNS Amol D. Nawale

906-ABA-428-2025 (CR) .doc Act on 8 December 2024. He further submits that the Applicant is ready to cooperate with the police and is willing to submit his mobile phone instrument along with password to the concerned police station today itself.

Hence, on the statement being made by Advocate Mr. Sunny Waskar, on behalf of the Applicant, the Applicant is directed to attend the concerned police station today itself and also submit his mobile phone instrument along with password to the concerned police station. He is also further directed to attend the concerned police station on 15 February 2025 and 17 February 2025 between 11.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m. The police will record his statement, and if they require any documents the same can be also be submitted by the Applicant if in possession of the same.

Stand over to 25 February 2025 under the caption "For Urgent Circulation".

In the meanwhile, no coercive steps will be taken against Applicant.
