Ms. Raut, learned counsel for the applicant submits that this is a second application filed since there is a change of circumstances as the applicant is ready to pay a sum of Rs.4,40,000/- out of which Rs.2,20,000/- has already been paid to the informant. She submits that a short accommodation be granted as the balance amount of Rs.2,20,000/- would be paid by the applicant by way of Demand Draft. 2.
Learned APP submits that the present applicant had himself admitted that the total outstanding is Rs.18,00,000/- and the same can be seen from a cheque which was issued by the applicant in the name of the informant. He hands over a photo copy of the said cheque. The said photo copy of the cheque is taken on record and marked as 'X' for Harish

Learned counsel for the applicant further seeks a liberty to add the first informant as party respondent no. 2. 4.
Liberty is granted as prayed for. Amendment to be carried out forthwith.
