The learned counsel for the applicants submits that this a matter pertaining to the matrimonial dispute and the applicants are the husband and in-laws of the informant. The applicant no.1 and the informant are married approximately one year back. There is no issue out of the marriage. As of today, no divorce or restitution proceedings have been filed as per the knowledge of the learned counsel for the applicants. The copy of the FIR is not furnished to the applicants, therefore, it is not annexed with the application. 2.
The learned APP appearing for the State on instructions of the I.O. submits that the photocopy of the FIR will be furnished to the

The applicants are permitted to annex the photocopy of the FIR to the present proceedings.

The applicants are also seeking liberty to add the informant as party respondent no.2. Liberty as prayed for is granted. Amendment to be carried out forthwith.

The applicants are directed to serve the amended copy of the anticipatory bail application on the learned APP. The learned APP to serve the amended copy of the application on the newly added respondent no.2 through I.O.
6.
Stand over to 4/3/2025 under the caption "for urgent circulation". In the meantime, there shall not be any coercive action against the applicants.
