Mr. Ponda, learned Senior Counsel for the Applicant in Anticipatory Bail Application No.435 of 2025 on instructions has tendered a payment schedule in order to put the issue to rest. He Harish

903-ABA-435-2025.doc submits that he will file a short affidavit of the Applicants by 20th February, 2025 wherein, it will be specifically mentioned about the amount to be paid by them as per their calculation and the timeline of the said payment.

The preliminary objection of the learned APP is that the present Anticipatory Bail Application is not maintainable since the Applicants have approached this Court directly without approaching the Sessions Court.

Mr. Ponda, submits that there is no bar and there are judgments to that effect that there is no bar of Applicant directly approaching this Court.

Since the Mr. Ponda, learned Senior Counsel for the Applicant is ready to file Affidavit of the Applicants mentioning about timeline of the payment to be made by the Applicants, hence, only for the limited purpose at this stage this Anticipatory Bail Application is entertained by this Court. 5.
