The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the chargesheet has been filed against accused no.1 and has been granted bail. Accused nos.2 to 5 are shown as absconding. The learned counsel for the applicant submits that accused no.5 (Bajirav Gulve) has been granted interim protection by this Court and the matter is coming on board on 11/3/2025. The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the present applicant is accused no.3 who is the real brother of Bajirav Gulve. Hence, he submits that this matter can be taken with Anticipatory Bail Application No.272 of 2025 which is filed by Bajirav Gulve.

Stand over to 11/3/2025 under the caption of "urgent circulation". To be tagged along with Anticipatory Bail Application No.272 of 2025.

In the meantime, the present applicant to attend the concerned police station on 26/2/2025, 27/2/2025 and 28/2/2025 between 11.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m.

In the meantime, no coercive steps be taken against the applicant.
