DATE : 11th MARCH,2025 P.C. :- This pre-arrest application has been filed for a transit bail. Mr.Ansari, learned counsel appearing for the applicant submits that at page 57 of the present anticipatory bail application, a copy of the notice received by the applicant has been enclosed. 2.

Mr.Ansari submits that there is an apprehension that even if the applicant visits the concerned police station, he may be arrested even though the notice is under Section 160 of the Criminal Procedure Code, 1973.

In order to enable the applicant to move an appropriate application at Ranchi Court, there will be an ad-interim relief in terms of prayer clause (a) of the present anticipatory bail application for a period of two weeks from today. The said prayer clause (a) reads as under :- (a) This Hon'ble Court be pleased to enlarge the Applicant on Interim Transit Bail in C. R. no. RC2272021S0001 lodged with Ranchi CBI/EO-VI/Ranchi 2021, offences under section 120(b) r/w 406, 409, 420 of I.P.C. in respect to the case of M/s.Smooth Life Concept Marketing Pvt. Ltd on such terms and conditions as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper;

Till the applicant makes an application before the appropriate Court at Ranchi within a period of two weeks, the applicant should not leave the jurisdiction of this Country without leave of this Court. The applicant is permitted to attend the office of the CBI at Ranchi.
