Mr. Gaikwad, learned counsel for the Applicant submits that this Court by its order dated 7th February, 2025 had disposed of the Anticipatory Bail Application by granting protection to the Applicant therein. He submits that the present Applicant's name has been mentioned in the said order who is a service provider, same as the Applicant in Anticipatory Bail Application No.89 of 2025.

The learned APP submits that he would like to file a Harish
905-ABA-444-2025.doc short affidavit thereby placing on record the victims/employees employed by the Tata Communication, whose documents creates doubt about their nationality, criminal antecedents, etc. 3.
The learned APP is permitted to file such affidavit of the Investigating Officer within a period of two weeks from today. 4.
Stand over to 10th March, 2025 under the caption "for urgent circulation."
