Patil, APP for State" instead of "Mr. Ajay S. Patil, APP for State". 4.

Accordingly, the sentence mentioned in the Order dated 17.02.2025 be corrected as "The anticipatory bail application is allowed" instead of "Stand over to 3/3/2025" as also the sentence Anand

The Order dated 17.02.2025, shall stand corrected as above. Rest of the order to remain as it is.
