This is an application for anticipatory bail. 2.

In view of the subsequent developments, i.e., filing of charge-sheet, the applicant is permitted to file an application for regular bail before the Trial/Sessions Court. 3.

If such application is filed within a period of two weeks from today, then the applicant shall not be arrested till the decision of the application. For the purpose of deciding the application, the Court shall treat the applicant to be in the deemed custody. Needless to mention that the Trial/Sessions Court shall decide the application on it's own merits.
